Speaker: I start with a little hop here to begin with. Dancing with the ball, moving the head up at times. If you have done it, you would have to look down at first. Always try to keep your eyes up a little bit.
Develops lateral change of direction.
Now, I will just go with one hop.
Advanced players should make one touch movements.
