Same Foot Dribbling Janine: I am going to use some cones as obstacles to work on my dribbling skill. I am going to start just with my right foot, in and out, not touching, under control, keeping the ball close, and nice little touches. Same foot back, and finding a rhythm; it's important in your dribbling, finding a rhythm, here we go. Here I can space the cones as far apart as my ability allows for. If you want to challenge yourself, you bring them closer. Nice little touches, never touching the cone. Now we go to the left foot. Inside and outside of the foot. Out, in here, out. Good little conditioning activity also.
