Footwork Drills Complete 3-5 Reps. (Up & Back = One Rep) Speaker: One important key for goalkeepers is their footwork. First we are going to run through some activities for good footwork. So we are going to start going through sideways, using our orange cones. Go ahead Chris. Nice! Keep looking forward, just nice balance, trying to create a nice rhythm. One important key for goalkeeping is having a rhythm. Still relaxing, warming up, good hand position. Relax a little bit more Chris in the upper body. Just want to get a nice flow. Still good footwork, not touching the cones, keeping his head up, always hips facing the field, nice and square.
