How To Play Soccer: Slingshot

Speaker: Game #7, slingshot. Slingshot is another timed game. The emphasis here is on foot speed and quickness. Using 30 or 60 second intervals, complete as many shot passes against the wall as possible. You can see how Janine develops a rhythm and can pass with speed under control. Use only one foot at a time and switch feet halfway through. Janine is now using her left foot. A score of 60 or above for 60 seconds or 30 or above for 30 seconds is considered excellent.
