Speaker: The step over involves stepping all the way around the ball and turning in the opposite direction. So again starting with a still ball, Doug steps all the way around and turns to the inside and the ball is never exposed to the defender. If he were to turn it in the opposite direction, that would expose the ball and it will be easy for the defender to win. He is faking all the way around the ball and then turning. Collecting it with the same foot.

Now Doug will take it going both ways, consecutive step overs. Now he is going both ways using both feet, nice job! He added some speed to it here, it's great fake, gets the defender going one way.
