WARM-UP DRILL FOR SHOOTING TECHNIQUE
STRIKE BACK (COMPLETE 10 REPETITIONS WITH EACH FOOT)
Speaker: We are now adding a non-kicking foot along side of the ball, toe down, body over it, landing on that striking foot. Control it just hitting a still ball. All these activities we have done, can be used against a wall, a fence, a net, any area that you have to use.
So it can be individual workout or workout with a partner. Not worried about power here, keeping the ball on the ground, not in the air at all. That's because we are down over it.
