Speaker: Another technique that we as goalkeepers must develop is attacking the high ball. Chris is going up off one leg, really powering up with his arms and catching the ball at the highest point. The reason why we are catching the ball at the highest point is that no offensive players can get. They can't get head it in. He is going up, taking nice steps, going right up there and his other leg is coming up to protect him where he goes up against those attackers. Nice job, I really like the way he put his leg out in that one. You notice again that we are using the which, that's the strongest catch right there, fantastic. He is going up with both legs. So off his left and then off his right. At different times we might need to use different legs to protect ourselves from the attackers. He is up really doing a nice job catching the ball at the highest point. Here it goes up, up, great.
