Trifecta Drill
Complete 5 repetitions with each foot.
This is an exercise we call Trifecta. Doug's going to take one shot from far out, I am going to serve him a closer shot, and then I am going to serve him a ball from my hands that he is going to volley in.
So here you go Doug, the Trifecta Drill. He comes for one close placement, and a volley.
Take my distance shot off the dribble, couple of dribbles, and close, and a volley.
The distance shot is a power shot, you are instep. The close shot is with the inside of your foot, placed to the side net, and volley is wherever you like.
Now we play. I save this is if I can. Well done. Doug chooses to use his instep on that volley. Placement inside of my foot, and volley inside of my foot, when I am that close. I need to redirect the ball.
