Wall Passing Drills
Complete one minute of repetition for each drill.
Drill 1: Volley
Janice: This is volley off the wall drill, keeping the ball in the air. Right now I am going to be using my thigh and my foot. Just working on my touch on the ball. Keep it alive, start again.
I use the inside of my foot a little bit. Keep it alive if I can.
Drill 2: One Touch Volley
Now we go to one touch. Start with the inside of my foot. If I lose it I just start again. Two touch if I need to keep it alive.
Drill 3: Pass & Turn
Continuing my wall workout. I am going to receive the ball and turn off the wall. I am going to do 10 repetitions. So I play it. I am going to turn with the ball. Play it again using different turns, inside of my foot outside.
Drill 4: Sling Shot
This wall drill is sling shot. I am going to start with my right foot, inside a foot pass, and just keeping it going. Nice and close. You can see how many times you can hit the wall in one minute.
Now I go to my left.
Complete 10 repetitions with each foot.
