AGILITY DRILL 5

CARRIOCA

Carrioca. This isn't the old field standard, this is full range of motion body control carrioca. Go slow as you begin. Take the behind step. Lift and rotate. Control your feet by rotating the hip and the knee across the body.

This will give great body control, balance, agility. Stay on the front part of the foot bounce as you go. Don't bend over at the waist. Stabilize that core. Keep the head up.

Work for 10 yards, down and back is 1 repetition. Do 3 sets of 3-5 repetitions.
