How To Play Softball: Military Press

Military Press, here we want to work the upper power area of the shoulder. We get a good technical military press. Keep the back flat. Pressing the bar, keeping it in front of the face. Use a spotter whenever necessary. Contrast this to a medicine ball toss straight up in the air. We want to pop that ball straight up in an explosive manner that teach that muscle how we want it to work.
