Peer Guardian helps. However its adds false sense of security in torrent downloading. The malicious organizations have now heavily modified torrent clients to browse torrent files. Since your IP is logged in trackers, they download the lists in the trackers instead of the files, then cross reference the IP addresses with ISPs. The best way to minimalize the chance of getting caught is through private trackers, or better yet using the currently developing "anonymous p2p" networks. Look it up on Wiki to find the best network/client(s).
