Here we are going to use a partner to add a little font to our practice.
We are going to lean the athlete forward so we get good posture and then we are going to let them go. Drop them and get out of the way so we shock the neural system into fast explosive recovery.
That is a 10-yard sprint working on, keeping or maintaining perfect posture in running technique. Let gravity do the work of pulling the athlete forward. Do not use the body to move gravity. Let gravity move the body.
One, two, three, let go.
Here we want to hold from behind so the athlete has freedom to move. Count three steps running forward with resistance then let them go. Start with the athlete tall, fall them forward and then let them fly.
One, two, three, drop, and chase.
Here we are going through the same motion but now after I drop her, I am going to try and chase her down before she gets to the 10-yard cone. Fall forward, go!
