oh yeah, the guy has good depth but the others dont. Go deep... at least to where your knees are parallel with your hip joint. This helps engage your glutes and hamstrings, in addition to the quads (YOU NEED ALL OF THESE MUSCLES TO BE WORKING HARD IF YOU WANT TO RUN WELL). Bar placement looks good. It goes on top of your traps, but not on your neck. Try it out and you will find the sweet spot. Give it a shot without the pad if you want. You dont need it, but its okay if you use it. Also dont lock your knees when you go all the way up.

This is really bad form. Look for better videos online. Their feet should be firmly planted on the ground and the heels should NOT lift up at all. Also, get rid of the weight belt. This is supposedly a "light" squat and they really arent doing much weight. Engage those core muscles and dont rely on a tool that you wont have when your running anyways.
