How To Use the Turboset Mighty Gripper Pliers

The next drill Bobby and I are going to do is called a mirroring drill. This is a short distance mirror where we are going to be about five yards apart with the cones and what we are going to do is jut mimic each other’s movements. So if I am shuffling left or right, Bobby is going to mimic that shuffle. If I go backwards, Bobby will drop backwards. If we sprint up and then we sprint up. Here is an example. That is a short mirror.
