Today I'm going to talk about the Yelp and how you can utilized that to help promote your business both offline and online. So let’s get started, the first tip you want to take a look at is actually sending up a business account with the Yelp. The Yelp allows businesses to go in a claimed their business to make sure that things are correct that they are the actual person who owns the business that can claim it and run reviews and answers questions about the business. So you want to make sure you take that step and claim you business account with the Yelp.
The next step you want to look at with the Yelp is actually making sure you information is all okay, it is the address spelled rate. Do they have right set of code, is the name of the city two words or one word, is their capitalization. You want to make sure that your hours are right, you in what kind of payments you're going to take. Do you seek in a groups, do you take care of handicap people, it’s a lot things you want to make sure that are correct about business that is being presented on the Yelp. And with you, if you have that business account you can make sure that all that information is correct.

Is the name of the city two words or one word, is there capitalization? You want to make sure your hours are right, what kind of payments you take. Do you seat groups? Do you take care of handicapped people? It's a lot of things you want to make sure that are correct about your business that is being presented on Yelp. If you have that business account, you can make sure all that information is correct.
The forth tip we have is to make sure you add photos, those photos that I was talking about with your own restaurant or your before and after pictures with the things you’ve done if you’re a carpenter. Those sorts of things are very persuasive and if you haven't in your Yelp profile they're really help you basically reach out and touch the people within the Yelp and really have them communicate with you.
The last and final tip we have for today in utilizing the Yelp in your online strategies is to make sure you ask your patrons, your costumers, your friends, your family that have used your services or a bit to your restaurant, or a bit to your hotel asked them for the review. That’s the whole offline converging with the online of the marketing procedure that you have here in the Yelp. You want to make sure your asking for that review because if you don’t asked for it they might not necessarily give it to you.
