Male: Hey, what’s up? Welcome to “How to Tuesdays”, Thread Banger’s new summer “how to” special.
Female: This week, we are going to show you something you can do in the car on those long road trips—hand bracelets and necklaces.
Male: Inspired by Nat’s online request for unisex jewelry.
Female: Get all your hemp twine and cut two long strands off. Take one strand, fold it in half and loop it over around objects, such as a paintbrush or pencil. Then, repeat to the other strand. And when you are done, the loop should look like this.
Now, fold the right strand over the two inner strands and under the left outer strand. With the left strand, go behind the two inner strands and pull it through the loop created by the right strand. Now, pull it tight up to the top and repeat those steps over and over and over and over.
Once you are about halfway done, get out that special shell you found at the beach and pull the two inner or anchor strands through the hole in the shell.
Now, continue tying half square knots until you reach your desired length. Remove the stick from the loops and pull the anchor strands to make the end loops a little smaller.
Now, pull two of your strands through the end loops. Put it on your wrist and tie a knot! And you are done!
Now, you do not have to worry about falling asleep when you are supposed to be keeping the driver awake.
