How do I get digital pictures onto my computer?

How do I get digital pictures on my computer? Most of the cameras these days are SD cards which mean secure drive and have little cards and you just stick them into the card reader and it automatically pops up with the software that came with your camera. The other way to do it is, plug the camera directly in to the computer, sometimes just for coercing bending, bending down, plugging it in, the card readers are definitely the way to go, if you are not into bending and it works the exact same way. Your software will registered as the card has been entered into the system and in automatically start to download.
