Could you please tell me if the transitional MTA subway advertisement(time frame 0:37-0:41) is $45,000 per month, since it does not state it? It is right before the "for every 15 mins of every hour for 100 taxis."

Can you please tell me what you mean by "for every 15 minutes of every hour per 100 cabs" does it mean that 1 advertiser gets 15 minutes per hour therefore on a given 12 hour cycle they recieve 3 hours of advertising? Sats 21
