Exhale forward bend into the lungs through the nose. Inhale rise up. Hands on the thighs. Retain the breath for a moment and release the throat, fist to belly. Shoulder blades back into lungs. Breathe in. Rise up and cross the soles of the feet. With the instep of the top of one foot into the inner arch of the opposite foot.
Get your hands on your waist to expand and contract the breath. Samavritti, equal length breathing. Balance the mind and the body. Feel the pranashakti. Feel the energy of the breath.
