Host: How do I accomplish this goal?
Will Maney: There is an important dynamic to be mindful of that, and again we are talking about invisible things, we are talking about mind, we are talking about thought. I think people are a bit more willing to consider that terminology, to consider the implications of that. So, here is a way that it may work, if indeed capital and mind, so whatever that big mind is, if mind is one and that is like a term that gets thrown out there quite a bit now, that means that there is this, as we have the—what do we have? We have the Internet. Or what if there is the inner that, what if mind is one than what if that that mechanism already exists, such that, as you seek it out, whatever that thing is, its almost as though in that ether whatever that is, it becomes awakened and starts to—like a humming pigeon, like a smart bomb with a destination typed in.
So, we just want you to begin to be aware of the fact that, as you seek it out, the goal, the person, the job, the career, the family, it than begins to formulate itself and it begins to seek you out. Now, you would have to take that on faith, or develop trust on that. But at some point as you work with these techniques, you will realize just that. Working with management, that s pretty funny because recruiting is such an important aspect and there was an older mindset, 10, 15, 20 years ago, where people became pre-disposed to think it was going to be struggle and you might have interview 30 people to get tenth number worthwhile to get the chance to hire one. Well that was a preexisting funnel shaped mindset and what if it s true, if you examine it but that as the attitude, but what if it s also not true.
What if there is this perfect person who wants that exact vehicle that you are selling, he wants that that vehicle. If you seek that person out, that person then needs to seek you out if that law is true and that is the stuff that I would challenge people to experiment with.
