Hi! My name is Christopher Glanzer and I am accounting student at the John Molson School of
Business. And this is how you raise a job interview. Number one, you have to research the
company, it’s very important that you know a lot about the company you’re going to interviewed
for because most likely one of the first question I will ask you is why do you want to work here
or what is about this company that you really like so you are going to research the companies
you know what they do, the company’s culture and just some general knowledge about the
company. The next tip is have a short prepared speech about yourself because when you go into
a job interview the first question there that mostly I’ll going to us you is, okay tell us a bit about
yourself and this is not the time to start talking about where you were born and where you grow
up because I don’t want to hear that what I want you to do is the easiest time, the time about your
best and strongest points about yourself and don’t tell about where you grew up and all of that
because they don’t want to hear that just highlight yourself and why get for the position. The able
to explain and have a short story about everything in your resume chances are the interviewers is
going to point at your resume and say tell me about this and if you’re either not sure what you
have on your resume which is possible believe it or not or you don’t know what to say about it
you are going to look a little bit down. Look at online the top ten top interview questions, like for
instance some top questions I’ve been as are, what is leadership mean to you which can catch
you there you need to be prepare everything like that but towards you have a time you have a
comfort to someone. When they actually questions about and they talk about something they
don’t know happening in there life you need to use this time to talk about what you learn from
the situation and how you can turn into a positive and how you work positively and being to able
to work with this person. And also at the end of your interview have questions to asks the
interviewers it shows your interested, it shows your engage it’s show your crashing about the
company at the end of this you have any question and if you say no it’s not look good. Final tip
is be sincere and there always will be a chance that if you cut off question but just to keep you
cool and think about it, answer honesty, sincerely and don’t be fake because I can see like
through hat. And those are my tips for how the easy job interview.
