In this video clip we’re going to discuss the values of curve appeal. First one’s selling a home, if your home has a nice appeal to a lot of people feel comfortable and realize the value that was put to the home prior to purchase in it.
Second, they’re going to look at possibly the maintenance task that needs to be done, looking at an elaborate garden, might scare people away because it needs a lot of work. A well landscaped home, adds value to the value of the house and to the property.
So again while looking at a home and looking at curve appeal, some topic that needs to be thought about.
