Hi, I am here to talk about how you can add peanut butter to a healthy lifestyle.
Well, peanut butter as you know is made of peanuts. It has a lot of oil in it and it is quite nutritious. However, because some nuts cause more of an acidic condition in your body than others, peanuts are one of those that creates more of an acidic condition. So, it is important to try to be conscientious about what you eat it with in order to either create a health producing effect or the other side of the coin is to actually be eating peanut butter in a combination that will maybe not be so great for you. For example, if you are getting cold, eating peanut butter on white bread is probably not a good idea, that will probably help the cold along because it will cause a mucus sort of environment free for the cold to take hold on in.
However, peanut butter is excellent with celery. You fill the whole inside of a celery stalk with peanut butter, that is awesome, that is a great combination. You can eat peanut butter with slices of fruit, any kind of fruit, banana and peanut butter, it does not get any better than that. And, who says that you have to eat it on bread or with anything else, you can just eat it right on your banana. Some people like to make—what did they call them, s’morse or something, camping treats where you slice to open the banana and you put in pieces of dark chocolate and some blobs of peanut butter. I mean, that is a pretty healthy, pretty lethal treat, but it is actually quite healthy.
So, the main thing is for you to be smart about when you eat peanut butter, just eat it in moderation of course and if you really want to have fun with it then take the food fight outside.
