Alright everyone, I am going to try to take this generation to the next stage. Done quite a bit of experiment with all the different fuels that we can use on and all that good stuff and I just want to kind of try to wrap it up as much as I can so I can do another test on it. So what I am going to do, I am going to take this pulley off right here and I got this old Chevrolet pulley here and I am going to try to custom fit it in here so I can run another alternator off of it.
Just to have a different power source to run a cell to ultimately pump back into the motor. So that's what I am going to do now I am going to take this pulley off, figure out how I can custom fit this on to that and then hook up a alternator not quite sure which way I want to with the alternator either DC or AC with some, anyhow I am quite sure where I want to go with it yet. I might start off with DC and then take it from their, but find out how much voltage I can get off the alternator at the RPM this is going to spin and then basically put together a cell that can get as much hydrogen out of that energy as possible and put it right back into the motor to help us burning that gas little bit better.
So that's kind of my goal and this what I am getting ready to do now is basically add another alternator to it instead of taking from the generator. I notice it can pull little bit of strain, there are some ways that we can rebuilt the alternator to take care of that at low RPMs that's kind of stuff I am going to be looking at, wanting to do. So I have just get a start by getting this pulley system put on there and get it balanced and all that good stuff and figure out how to mount a alternator over on this side somewhere and then figure out how much voltage we are getting from it.
So that's it for now and just give you a small update and I will try to take some the videos I have been working on this in between whatever I am doing. So there you go, see you next time.
Alright I got that pulley off and just looking at it, I was really going to try to cut out the center and try to match it up with these holes but now that I look at it this pulley fits perfect right down inside that other pulley used for rope pull to crank it if the started goes bad. So what I am going to do is just cut this off, allow me to get in there and put the bolts and everything on and just tack this in and try to balance this as much as I can just by putting a couple of tacks on in and that should be good right there and it actually gives us 2 pulleys to play with so in case I want to run another one off of it or something else.
Yeah! So there you go. Just an update, don't know where it's going yet but it's going somewhere. See you next time.
I got that back half cut off, but it looks like this thing is like 2 pieces so I got to figure out if it can come apart or I just need to tack it solid, I am not quite sure yet but this is a separate piece right here, these are two separate pieces here. So they are actually put together on the inside they are tack well to make these two pieces but I am going to try to separate them. Alright small update still working on it.
Well if they did come apart in two different pieces which does as well, I don't need that piece right there so what I am going to do is clean this up and just tack it onto the another piece and it only give us one pulley, but that's all we need. I can always change it if I need to but one pulley is fine that's all I really need, so. Alright just update.
Alright I have got it where I want it. Got that all cleaned up on the back side of that and right where I am going to tack it on to the another piece and this piece is going to set right down like that and it put it down and it's just dead center it just can fairly fit in there, I cant get any closer to dead center than that and then I am just going to try to make the valves about same size, hope that will be bounced enough in order to create a valve or anything.
So there you go, that's it. And we will see you next time.
There you go, just need to mount it up, crank the generator up and see if we got a valve or not. Alright so let's go get that done. Alright we got it mount it up and I guess what we are going to do now is start it up and see if we have valves. So let's crank it up and see what we got. Here we go worked well. Oh! Yeah it looks good. Well my wheel don't break loose bring that pulley somewhere will be doing good. But that will look too bad. Alright what we got to do next is built some kind of bracket system to put that alternator off of to the side over here and, well we will see you then, take care.
