How to Add and Adjust Columns in Word 2007

Let’s take a look at creating columns within our Word document. First, select the text that you would like to format as columns. Then go up to the top menu and click on the option for Page Layout. In the grouping for page setup, you’ll see there’s an option to create columns, click the down arrow to open the menu, and you’ll a list to formatting options just select the one you want and click back into your document, and voila! You’ve got columns galore.
