Hi! I’m makeup artist Debbie Jean, creator of real woman make up website. Enjoy my make up demonstration.
Today we are opting for is to use a Cream Blusher. It’s mainly used to add color and glow to the face and it is quite a fashionable look. Don’t be nervous of the canister because often they are not quite bright in color either bright pink or bright orange but once you blend in down and quite moist and dewy on the skin and much more supple than what they look in the container and I'm going to be applying it to the apple of the cheek, which is generally in this area of the face.
Not applying very much. You don’t need a lot of product. It’s really just to add a little bit color to the face and glow to the face. I used that peck drive motion. Putting in across the cheek, and blending it in.
You don’t want a hard edge so you always make sure you blend your edge away. This is the most fashionable look at the moment for blushes just add a little bit of color and what is so lovely about green blushes the fact that it too look dewy on the skin and it leaves a bit of moisture.
Rather build up the color and continue adding until you’re happy with your application rather than putting too much on the oil at once. And once it’s on, then I'm picking up my highlighter brush as well as my highlighter and I'm going to be applying highlighter on the top of the cheek bone area to create a nice lift that cheek bone.
And the little cheeks if you want to dust your brush directly into your highlighter and then just give a little dust across the blusher that will create further highlighting to the cheek.
And I will notice at the side closer to me where the blusher has been applied, it looks glowy and the skin has some color and it looks quite nice and dewy whereas the other side of the face still looks all one color from the foundation that I've applied.
The final stage on the application is completing the look with lipstick, lip gloss or lip liner. It’s entirely up to you what combination of these three products that you use. You can use just lip gloss, lip liner, lipstick and lip gloss or lip liner and lip gloss. It’s entirely up to you.
Today, I'm going to be using all three as a part of the application. I'm using today a neutral shade of lip liner; rather than a really dark lip liner because I like it to look really natural once I am done. Dona’s lips have a perfect shape so I don’t need to reshape her lips with the lip liner I’m ready just following the edge of her lips all way around and what I do quite like to do is drag the lip liner a little bit on to the lips so it looks more natural and look like a solid line all the way around the edge. So it’s now soft defining line.
The most fashionable way to apply lipstick these days is to apply it with your finger open slightly and just pat it on to the lip area for a more natural look so it doesn’t look like heavy lipstick has been applied all over the lips.
You can use the lip brush. It does help the lipstick last a little longer and you can get a well defined aged with the lip brush at once especially if you’re using a firm here. I would do that if I was applying a red lipstick for example.
I am using a neutral shade of lip gloss which is basically great on everyone more than you would shade. I'm applying it with a brush because I find it easier. For my earth face, I use my finger and bit on other people I tend to use brush and it really works the lip gloss onto the creases of the lips and last longer as well.
Lip gloss helps make the lips look a little bit fuller. It’s quite to sexy look. I think it finishes off the look really nicely. You don’t want it to look too gooey and sticky so using a high quality lip gloss really does help having done with the lips that completes on the natural day look.
