Weathered Plaster is a water base eco-friendly decorative plaster made with finely ground

in try Weathered Plaster today. Here is what you will need to begin; weathered plaster, dead-flat
varnish, pigment, a plastic float, a sea sponge, a cellulose sponge, a roller and the rolling tray.
You are now ready to get started.
Step one; roll out two coats of weathered plaster using our special roller. Slowly roll the plaster
to achieve the smooth beneath the base and let dry for one hour. Step two; dip a sea sponge in the
warm water and squeeze out all excess water. Now immediately dip your sea sponge into
weathered plaster using the tip of the sponge and randomly sponge on another layer of water
weathered plaster creating an interesting pattern. Cover the entire surface connecting your
sponging pattern and let dry for one minute. This step will add interest from additional texture.
Step three; while the plaster there do not back the texture with the plastic float this is done by
gently skimming the surface with the plastic float, the plastic float will flatten all of the tips that
you’ve created with the sponge and let dry for one hour. Step four; dip your cellulose sponge in
the warm water and squeeze out excess water now that your cellulose sponge and the pigment
mixture and squeeze once again, off load your sponge onto a clean rug using small circular
motion gently rub pigment over the plaster, as you spread the pigment you will be exposing all of
the texture left behind by the roller and sponge. Flip the sponge over and repeat the circular
motion, bring out your sponge frequently to maintain the soft muted fresco look. Step five; seal
the pigment with dead flat varnish for protection this can be applied with the circular sponge or a
roller one coat is sufficient for protection.
Here are some helpful tips to Pro’s use. Sponge on the weathered plaster generously to ensure
great texture, rub the plaster dry for several minutes before an acting bad, when using with
pigment mixture bring out your sponge frequently do not use a lot of water. Now let’s recap, roll
out two smooth even coat of weathered plaster, sponge on weathered plaster using a sea sponge
in a random pattern, while weathered plaster there not back texture with the plastic float. Flash
