Wrist Spider
For application of the wrist spider, begin by tearing all the perforations along the black lines. Take the third finger, place between the hole all the way to the base of the third finger. Tear off the backing of section number one, and as you anchor by pulling on section number two, let section number one come in gentle contact with the palm of the hand, gently rubbing the tape to activate the glue.
For step number two, peel back the backing of number two and let the tape come in contact with the base of the finger, without any stretch on the tape. Gently rub the tape to activate the glue.
For step number three, extend the wrist stretching out the flexor muscle hard. Start peeling back the backing of section number three, and lightly allow the tape to come in contact with the skin, gently smoothing out any creases.
Once 90% of the tape is applied, peel the remaining portion of the backing off, and smooth the tape down in full contact with the skin. Once applied, rub over top of the tape to activate the glue.
