Hi I'm Alexa and here is my tip on being jerseylicious, a great smokey eye.
The smokey eye is definitely a hard thing to perfect, so I came out one with a 224 brush in my hand and smokey eyes, seriously.
I am going to start with a little bit of concealer on her eyelid. Take the concealer and press it all over your entire eyelid. This will make sure that the eye make-up doesn’t crease and this is the very quick smokey eye. You could definitely do this in under five minutes.
Take a gray or steel gun metal eye shadow and place it right against the lash line. You could wear smokey eye pretty much anywhere if you have the personality that match. So if you have that you could wear it for shopping.
This is the 224 brush and its sable and you just blend it out. A lot of jersey guys if they can handle me. They can handle a smokey eye. I am difficult to handle because I'm not going to throw a little bit of tan eye shadow on and some sweat made of burlap, and call it a day.
Take your eyeliner which is like a cool pencil and don’t put pressure on yourself by making sure that you make this one really fatty line. Nobody’s in there be able to do that and not even like Van Gough could do a steady line without holding in his wrist.
I'm assuming not about him, so I'm taking the liner and I move literally putting it into the water line which is the area that meets eye right in here. And I'm taking a liner and I'm really press to get in because there's two colors that contrast segment.
Color of your iris which is like a really pretty bluish green and the white of her eyes with the black, so by counteracting those two different things. You’re really giving it that Michelle Pfeiffer kind of magnetic eyes. So with a control movement I'm going to go on top of the smolder color and I'm going to kind of smoke it up.
You want to make sure that you keep it right on top of the lather because if you go too low. You’ll go from smokey to heroine sheik which is also a make-up look but not the one that we’re going for today.
I'm going to blend the top, so again with the gun metal color. Swirl it around, chin up close and I'm going to smudge, smudge, and smudge. And the thing with all smokey eyes is that there should be no sharp lines. You want to loose all of your edges.
Now a lot of people will be like that is way too dark for me. I could never wear a smokey eye. My fiancée likes when I'm very, very natural and he will freak out if I even put mascara on.
Well, I guarantee you that he wouldn’t mind the smokey eyes of the edges or it scores. So if you want to please your man whether he likes the smokey eye or not, keep it on. Second to last step, a little bit of concealer and I'm just put a little bit underneath, so that she doesn’t have any serious bold down. They just clean it up a little bit more and I'm going to use my fingers to kind of just clean it up.
So use what it takes this and kind of blend it out, let me see. Her eyes are smokey. The last step is mascara.
I'm going to kill two birds of one stone by curling and applying the mascara at the same time, so I'm just going to kind of push the lashes up and almost like into my thumb open. And you have a great smokey eye.
A smokey is my tip on being jerseylicious, so go home, smoke up your eyes, get on your best outfit and take over the room.
