Leah: Hi everyone! How are you? It’s Leah at Paintless Design and thank you so much for
dropping by. What I am going to do is show you specifically how to assemble and apply
our Eiffel tower pattern in wall graphic to your home or surface. So it’s really easy I
glued like that it’s only four simple steps and I think you love the four steps the most. But
basically when you get your pattern you are going to get a few things, so get your
instruction, you will get your pieces to assemble your Eiffel tower and you will get your
applicator. After that than the only other things I would recommend is your masking tape
and pair of scissors. So what you are going to do first is you are going to want to retract
your wall and the only thing you need to do is take a dried block not a wet one and
simply just desk off the surface. Even if your wall might deal like it doesn’t have any
desk on it, desk it anyways the number one mistake that people will make then you have
the other wall don’t have any dust but a lot of times it collects and they don’t even know
what’s there so desk them off.
Next, all you have to do is start planning your design so you will see here that pretty
much all this pieces are separate. This one has two pieces on it so what you are going to
do is put your hand to the handy scissors and you are going to separate them and now
we’ve got two pieces. Now, what I am going to do here is I’ll put the fast forward
through this but I’m going to start putting wide pieces onto the wall. Now once you’ve
got the views when you get your pieces where we are going to be attaching another piece
on it to the edge. And through that nice and close so again just take your scissors and trim
right along your line, in that way when you go to match them up you are going to know
exactly where is your edges. And that’s all you will have to do, alright so I’m going to
sample this pieces here and get the more line up so you can see what the final products its
been a look like.
[Demonstration]
Okay so we’re just turning right now so remember that don’t worry that too much will
getting everything perfectly straight to hang on. Right now I have to cover a little and it’s
also not perfectly line that one was lends but we just want to make sure that it’s in the
right place that you don’t want in a little more centered in your room, you want a
completely different wall but what we have the Eiffel tower now is start from the bottom
and you’ve got really high walls and you want it to started it a mid way or behind the
couch. So now we’ve got the all plan and now it’s time to start applying so remember
distilled walls one other tip that I’ll give you if you worry about getting this completely
straight to this couch for your handy did that’s going to ensure that’s everything is
perfectly even for you so here we go.
[Demonstration]
Okay so on personally I’m going to start from the top down, we even only start from the
bottom going up because for me in my room even though this is a full wall I’m going to
be more concern with how tall it is my room as supposed to the bottom because I always
know that we are taking and through the design into the baseboard and therefore the
bottom won’t matters what should be I the tower is on. So here is go I’d love with that
that tall and straight now here is what you are going to do, is tape it up partially whether
it’s a bottom or the top and make sure it’s held in place and it doesn’t waffle around and
become uneven and creped on you. Once you’ve done that make sure that you got your
applicator and now we’re just going to fold back couple of inches to get it somewhat
stuffs on here. Okay so you will notice that there is the air tape this is an application tape
this is going to ensure that all of your design is held perfectly together especially if they
have one on the other designs because they’re a lot of detail and that needs to be held
together so this is the trick in the secret to your success that you don’t need to tell
anybody about. So that a couple of tones all over in here we’re simple going to press it
they’re a hand and take the applicator and just smooth up the pebbles to the center out.
From there we know that it’s held them place and now we are going mark it on the side.
Okay now from here it’s simple we’re just going to fill them in the backing paper and
fold it nice in side to side again. Okay so our first pieces on, now before we can go to the
other once slightly on top and need to get that application tape back so here is beyond the
secret to your success. When you pill off your application tape don’t pill up, pill straight
back with your hand running along the wall that’s going to help to separate the graphic
from the application tape. Okay and there we go, we’ve got our piece on all nice and
straight and super smooth and now from there just keeping the same thing over and over
again overlapping by about less than a half to centimeter. Okay so we’re done to last
piece now for bottom part of tricky because you have to match up two scenes so what I
suggest that you do is still fold back your top portion by a couple inches but then fold
back this side pieces well this is a little bit and just cut it on. In that way you can see if
you’re overlapping that you are lining up to the tear application thing and to make sure
that it looks perfect glances on your wall.
Okay so we are all done and what’s great about paintless design is when your all done
there is no pressure to lash or spills to clean up this is the extent of your mess and this
come to this through the way and you’re done. And here is our finish product, an Eiffel
tower looks great, it’s fabulous we smooth them a wall and don’t forget paintless design
is a 100% waterproof so you want to put this on the mirror or window you can still want
that and clean it, it’s also UV safe and at beside of the windows those both great there is
not bad sides and then remember that four step that I told you we have the wall prep the
pruning, we have the application that rule number four when you are reducing paintless
design is learning how to take off the complements when people when it start to touching
your walls. Paintless design is great for any room in the home, it’s also great in vacuums
and kitchen where the stain is sometime affect the other wall applications and it goes go
seamlessly. So enjoy your paintless design if you have any questions don’t hesitate to
