How to Avoid Getting Off Balance in Tennis

The next major problem in serving that we will address is the player who moves their feet and therefore gets off balance when they are serving. It can look like this -- and inevitably when they move their feet, the toss goes all over the places well. Here are three ways to solve that problem. First, you can try kneeling down and serving. Obviously you would not be able to move your feet. A second option is to serve with your feet together. If you can serve like this and not move and stay on balance, rest assured normal serving will be easy. A third option to help that movement with your feet that you want to get rid of is to stand on a couple of spots, and if that does not work, try placing a racquet down to hold your feet solid while you serve.
