How to Avoid Spa Bath Mistakes

Hi everyone, this is Sanjinar and today I will be speaking about the four common bathing mistakes. First, and the most important of all is that you should never, ever use a soap on the skin. Soap destroys the natural protective mantle of the skin and removes the beneficial bacteria. Natural is the way to go. I recommend fulos-oat for oily skin and baking powder for dry skin. Also, you should always avoid using anything on areas whether exposed mucous membranes and nipples. Always end with a cold water bath, this will dilate the pores and peripheral circulation to keep hands and feet warm and also set the skin to glow. You should only use cold water on your head.
