How to Baby proof a Door with Safety 1st Lever Handle Lock

Hi! This is Michael from KidSafe and this is the Safety 1st Door Lever Lock.

The door lever lock is a simple device. It simply slants onto your door handle and it fixes with adhesive to your door and prevent your door from hooking or closing thereby, baby proofing your door.

Before installing the door lever lock, make sure the button is in the red unlock position. Then simply peel off the adhesive and press the lock onto the door knob, making sure that the handle is in the middle of the opening, and press it into place.

So lock the door lever lock, press the button and slide it to the green in lock position. You need to set it and then close it, and slide it back to the green in lock position.
