This looks exactly like instant brownie mix. When I've made brownies from a packet mix, the extras have always been oil, water, and eggs. (By the way, when you add eggs to a mixture it's always a good idea to break them into a separate bowl first. That way if one of them is off you don't have to throw away the whole mixture.) I also agree with the previous poster - this should have sugar in it (although if it's a brownie mix, baking soda isn't needed since you're aiming for a more gooey texture).

where is the sugar and baking soda/powder in this recipe? A cake with just flour, cocoa, water, oil and eggs. It would not rise! Plus, the taste of pure cocoa would be too bitter to eat.
