Rebecca Bracken: Hi, I am Rebecca Bracken and welcome to Watchmojo.com and here at the Mission Gaia exhibit, visitors are encouraged to find a balance between people's needs and the planet's resources. What's the goal of the new exhibitions?
Benoit Legare: Promote innovations to make sure that young kids feel involved with those new technology and may be they will choose a career in those fields.
Rebecca Bracken: How important do you think it is to get children started early in environmental issues?
Benoit Legare: As soon as 8 or 9-year-old, they are very involved in environment. They are a lot more concerned than we are now. So when we provide new experiences, it's natural for them.
Rebecca Bracken: Can you just tell us a bit about each of the new exhibitions?
Benoit Legare: Imagine is the new exhibition on new technology. We are trying to show technology that exists or to be created.
Rebecca Bracken: Ideas television; visitors are able to come and sit at one of these computer terminals and become a science reporter.
Benoit Legare: They choose a question and then they have to search for information and they have to decide their own opinion, it develop their critical sense.
Rebecca Bracken: Everyone today is worried about the environment. The best way to make a difference is to start young.
Benoit Legare: The main role of Mission Gaia is to sensitize kids about the role they can play in the future.
