(Music Playing) Bar Spin play trick. (Demonstration) Bar Spin, you jump, level yourself out in the air when you level yourself out you lean back and clamp to seat. When you feel comfortable to jump and clamping the seat, you feel the bars. You shove your hand you throw with the opposite the hand going to catch the bar first, makes sure you catch the bar in the air and land both sides.
