Carrie Webb: I did a classic back up move mistake this week Robbie and I think I was telling you a little bit about it. But I had saved all my papers that I was working on for school on my USB because I got my new computer and I was not saving my files on my computer, just on my USB. I lost my USB. I was very distraught.
Robbie Ferguson: You’ve lost it physically?
Carrie Webb: I’ve lost it. Yes, I had left it somewhere. I managed to get it back.
Robbie Ferguson: You did?
Carrie Webb: Yes. Yeah, I did get it back so—
Robbie Ferguson: So, you’ve lost it but it was somewhere like—
Carrie Webb: It was somewhere okay, yeah, so I got it back. But anyways, backing up, I’m all for it now. I’m a believer.
Robbie Ferguson: So, if you are backing up to one of these guys or saving your stuff here so that it’s only here, they’re not very reliable either.
Carrie Webb: No, they just sneak out at your purse.
Robbie Ferguson: Because if you carry this thing around in your pocket but you carry it in your pocket or your purse. You throw your keys in there. You have got all different things that, you know, who knows what they are. These things can lose data. They can crash and you need to reformat them.
Carrie Webb: I didn’t know that. I didn’t know that.
Robbie Ferguson: Yeah, so you have got to be careful with that. So, if you’re going to use that as a way to move data back and forth, I would recommend keeping a copy on your laptop or somewhere else at the same time.
Carrie Webb: I will definitely do that now.
Robbie Ferguson: That would have been scary.
Carrie Webb: It was scary.
