I was part of a reserve for about a year and those on phase book. I have actually just kind of remove myself from all of that in order to get back into my writing and I am not sure how useful I found most of that stuff. I have appreciated though having some of short stories on the web because as much I have met the people that are interested on my writing they maybe able to just typing name and find them.

So I am sure that these all kinds of wonderful work that is totally overlook.
Chantria Tram: I need that if you are still finding, building a team.
Nairne Holtz: Trying to get an agent, join your local writers federation or writer union, get involve in you writing community, support your writing community, your read people books, get to know them , get to another writers, do editing exchanges. It is sort of a process of throwing yourself into it and not in a cold and calculating way but I am trying to see who you can act with.
