Four Points Torso Technique

Let us combine the side to side torso technique with the stretching up chest round back technique. We will assign a number to each movement.

If we start with the right side, number one for stretching up the chest, Number two for the torso movement toward the right side, number three for the round back movement, number four for the torso movement toward the left side.

If we start with the left side, number five for stretching up the chest, number six for the torso movement toward the left side, number seven for the round back movement, and number eight for the torso movement toward the right side.

Let us practice the movement beginning from the right side and now beginning from the left side. Well done!
