Great technique, but the video was painful to watch with all the ums and uhs. Also, there is absolutely NO reason the food needs to be wasted. Make an omelet, pancakes, french toast, but for goodness sake, don't waste food!!!

This was a good instructional video, but excruciating to listen with all of the ummms and uhs. Please practice next time and don't film it until you can leave them out!!!

Content is good. However, the speaker should have practiced her script. There are so many 'um, um, ums' in the talk to a point of annoying. Perhaps a refresher in public speaking will help. Silence does not have to be filled with fillers. Fillers dilute the point.
