Hi! I am here with a few tips on booking travel online. Well, I will tell you, I think as we all, online booking for travel has pretty much put the travel agencies out of business because, you know, we can just go on and do it ourselves.
There are a couple of ways to do it, you can do each component of your travel separately by yourself, meaning you can go ahead and book your flight, and then book your car, if you need a room, book your room, and do all that separately. Or you can go to the One Stop Shopping websites that are out there, and book them all together and get a discount that way.
I think the best thing for you to do is to try both methods so you see the savings, is there really a savings. In most instances, there is a tremendous savings of up to 25%. In other times, it may not be quite that much. So I think you need to do the research yourself, you are now becoming your own travel agent if you are doing it online, and that's actually a lot of fun.
It takes a bit of time, so you know, you can either do a little bit every night after work, until you get the trip confirmed the way you want it, or you can sit down and do it all in an hour. But regardless, it's pretty quick and as long as you have a credit card you are all set. So, that's booking travel online.
