Hi everyone! My name is Chad, me and my Bop It troop are going to show you the steps to the latest dance that hit UK. You do not need to be a professional dancer to pull of these steps. All you need is the spirit, the attitude and one more important thing the Bop It.
So first up is the Bop It Hit. When the Bop It says Hit, you are going to jump back on to your left leg kicking the right leg straight ahead at the same time hitting the Bop It on your right hip and you are going to jump forward onto both legs nice and wide apart with your weight forward. Okay, so let's try it, so you jump back on your left leg, hit the Bop It on the right hip, one; you jump forward onto both legs, two.
The next move is the Shoulder Bop It. You are going to take the Bop It and hit your left shoulder which starts a body roll and brings you right around back to the front. Okay, so let's try it. We hit one and then drop. Next one is to Bop It Up. I want you to bring your leg out and kick to the side at the same time bringing your arm over your head and hitting the Bop It onto your arm, then you are going to kick out to the right side. Okay, let's give it a try. So we hit one, two.
Okay, the next one is Bop It Knee. First of all we are going to hoop onto your left leg bringing your right leg up and hitting the Bop It off your knee at the same time. You are going to jump with your feet nice and wide apart. This one has got a little trickier though; you are going to turn at same time as hopping and then jump out with face in front which looks like one, two. So let's give it a try, here we go. So we hit the Bop It on our knee, one and two. Okay next one is Bop It Ballet. This one I want you to jump onto your right leg doing up a body roll forwards, flicking your left leg up.
At the same time I want you to hit the Bop It off your Ballet. So let's give it a try. Here we go, forward one, two. Okay, this one is the main move of the Bop It game, the Bop It. So this one I want you to put your legs together, putting your heels together, bringing your arms over your head and hitting the Bop It, bring your arms back down, okay. So let's give it a try; one, two. The next one is the Bop It Pull It. So this one you are going to slide with your left leg and bring the left shoulder up at the same time you are going to pull your Bop It. So let's give it a try, here we go.
This is the final step; this is the Bop It Twister. First of all I want you to stand on your feet in parallel like tree trunks. You are going to turn to the right on your left toes and on your right heel. You are going to play at the same time. That means bend so you just turn it like this. Then you are going to put your arms straight ahead and move the Bop It. You are going to do all of that about at the same time and twist. Okay, let's try it altogether, here we go and twist.
