why is it that nobody seems to be able to type in a web address? i get calls being on tech support all day along and having people type in a simple url can sometimes be a fifteen minute exercise in abject stupidity and futility. NO NOT IN THE SEARCH BOX. So they try typing it into another search box on one of the 16 toolbars they have installed in IE. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RRGH.
