They are helping us right now, thanks to the great people at Lowe’s here in Calloway, North Carolina with Mitch West
Mitch, we certainly do appreciate this. We are at work at Western Carolina University and along with Gerry Burke and his students here. We are working on the first corrugated cardboard geodetic dome home for 7th Haven.
What they are doing now is that they are working on cutting and getting the right angle and degrees for the cardboard.
Okay, we have the template now and they are going right along doing that. And after that, we swing over here, he is using a knife to cut it. And then, we swing back there and we are taking that one over there and it is cut.
There we are, bending it in the bending board. There it goes back in to do the next one. Let us try on the bending board. There it is, one complete triangle.
As you can see, we have got a whole lot all the way around to ready to put a door in—all the way around. Pretty incredible access. Okay here is where the roof is going on. You can see it being put on right now. Hit the nail in the roof. The final touch, you have to kind of line things up inside to get outside instead of here going in here and not there lying that up but that is the dome, that is it.
