How to Build Rock Hard Abs
Ryan Miller: Hey Ryan Miller from traininglikeanathlete.com. Back today for you with a new workout. Today is going to be a rock hard ab building, core strengthening burning that belly fat workout without any crunches or sit-ups. All you need, no fancy equipment, all you need to keeping timer or stop watch, you are going to set it for five minutes.
We are now -- first position is a push up position. Hold that for about a five to ten count. Then we are down to the four plank, again hold that for a 5-10 count. Buck to the right side, side plank, hold that for five to ten count, over to the left side, plank, again hold that for a 5-10 count, back up. Now we will be cross fighting of the climbers, use five on each leg. Just repeat the whole cycle again for a whole five minutes. Back down to forward plank, left, right, pushup, then again, you cross fighting of climbers. Now you had a five minute progressing workout.
