Hey! It's Jimmy Smith and I want to talk about how to burn belly fat. Now most people don't know where to begin, that's a problem. They'll go and they'll say, "Okay, I am getting to the gym and I will burn as much belly fat as possible. I am trying hard for three weeks." Don't do that. First, determine what's right, understand that the process is going to take some time, that everyday you will see small little results, so after three or four weeks, you will see some big results. That's the first piece.
Second piece was get away from body part splits. I like them for a certain population; I don't think they are different. When you want to burn belly fat, you have to make sure you are doing full body movements and full body exercise. An example is, you may do a push-up to a row or a push-up to a pull-up. Anything but those moves that you can do full body movements. You have to think how many joints am I using. Squats, deadlifts, lunges, pull-ups, rows, presses, shoulder presses, push-ups. All those movements encompass multiple joints to help you burn what haves.
Also, what type of cardio are you doing? I know a lot of people that would say, you have to do high intensity and a few says, you have to do low intensity. That doesn't matter at this point. Right now, we want to do is some type of aerobic activity. The best type of cardio was the cardio that you do. So, I'll tell you to do for thirty minutes, go to moderate intensity. If you can for fifteen to twenty seconds, go fast, raise the incline if you can, raise the speed if you can, then bring it back down to a normal pace for a minute or a minute-and-a-half. Those three principles put together right there are going to help you burn belly fat in little time.
