Let us talk about how to burn fat the right way, so that you can have the physique that you are proud of, one that turns heads, maybe drops jaws. Something that you can just be proud of, bottom-line and burning fat is easy once you discover that it is actually is hard. That is my mentality, that is my philosophy and there is a lot of things that are going to go into burning fat.
The first thing is the weight training program. The foundation of your exercise program should revolve around, a high intensity weight training program that increases your metabolism. Second, a meal plan that is based on clean carbs and clean proteins, clean fats, which is based around the caloric deficit. Okay, fat loss and burning fat is not just a function of energy in versus energy out. It also requires creating the right hormones in your body. How do we do that? Well sleep 8 to 10 hours a night is a good start because you are going to release growth hormone into your body. Not abusing your body with alcohol and other substances, recreational drugs that is another huge component and that can also zap the hormones in your body you need to build muscle and lose fat.
So look at your lifestyles, dress. Too much dressing your lifestyle is going to kill your chance of getting a six packs physique and burning fat because cortisol causes your body to hold on to fat. The complete opposite we are probably trying to do.
