Male Speaker: Right now, I'm going to show you how to do a ten-ten interval workout to burn a lot of fat in less than 10 minutes. In a ten-ten interval workout, you do something really tint, but in a second, and then you rest for ten seconds. And you'll keep repeating this over and over, but just five to twenty minutes, and in this first example here, I'm running on a treadmill of 10 miles per hour for 10 seconds.
And did not rest for 10 seconds, and then get back on the treadmill and run real fast again for 10 seconds, and then I rest for another 10 seconds and I would repeat this process for only five to twenty minutes. So, really in a ten-ten interval workout, you do something in tint are real hard for ten seconds. Then you completely stop or rest for 10 seconds and you repeat this over and over for five to twenty minutes.
You can do a ten-ten interval workout for any activity as long as you do something really tint for 10 seconds, and then you completely stop and rest for 10 seconds. So for example, you can also do a ten-ten interval workout on a lifting machine, in bike or any kind of workout machines like you do, and if you don't have any workout machines, you can do a ten-ten interval workout by doing jumping jogs or doing jump rope or you can even do key steps. All you have to do is you have to do something really tint for 10 seconds, and then completely and rest for 10 seconds.
Now, when I say, do something a tint or work real hard for 10 seconds, I mean for you to do something that are real hard or very intense by you. So, in the video here, where I'm going to that 10 miles per hour or 10 second that's really tint for me. While on the other hand, a fastball kit five miles per hour or a fastball getting higher incline maybe very intense for you. And also, when I say work real hard to those 10 seconds, I don't need for you do to work so hard that you almost include yourself in those 10 second, but at the same time, you do want to work so hard in those 10 seconds that you can't wait for 10 second break to come up. Would have this is your first time doing at ten-ten intervals or any kind of interval workout, instead of rest for only 10 seconds, you may want to rest, but ten to 30 seconds doing your rest period until you get fit in there, so you only have to rest for two seconds on and after that entire ten-ten interval workout. So, let's go ahead and how to ten-ten intervals one more time, so as you can burn fat fast to help you look good.
To burn a lot of fat with the ten-ten interval workout, make sure you do something really tint on very hard to two seconds, and then you want to rest or completely stop for two seconds. And you repeat this over and over, but five after 20 minutes and you can ten-ten intervals for any activity, as long as you do the activity at a high intensity for 10 seconds, and then rest for 10 seconds.
And high intensity means doing something that is real intense for you, as you want to make it so intense that you can't wait for the 10 second rest to come up and always scale a one of ten with ten being the hardest is you should add at least at level eight or more for that 10 second half part of the ten-ten interval workout.
