Earth Fare is a great place to find fresh organic foods and here is five tips to help you shop organically on a budget.
Tip number one. When shopping, buy fruits and vegetables that are in season. They are cheaper than other foods which have travelled long distances to get to the grocery store.
You need to shop in season, let for the different sales.
Tip number two is to find those sales and then freeze or can extras to enjoy it much longer and for a lot less.
Number three. Do the prep work yourself. Buying foods such as whole chickens and unpeeled veggies go a long way toward cutting cost.

And tip number 5, not all organic foods are more expensive.
Right now, organic avocado is $50, a conventional avocado is $2.
